Total clock hours: 40 hours (10 Saturdays for 4 hours; 9am-1pm EST, some presentations may be adjusted to suit MST presenters)

Sessions can be pre-recorded or live (preferred),
but all will be recorded for future use

Presentation & Workshop format

  90 minute presentation (introduction and lecture)

  20 minute break-out groups (with discussion topic)

  30 minute summary/discussion of small groups

   10 minute break

   60 minute workshop: activity, reading & journaling or project

 30 minute Q& A (live, by presenter)

All 10 sessions must be attended (live or replay) for certificate of completion
