Job Description:
MCA is seeking an experienced Head Teacher for our 2 1/2 to 3 1/2 year old classroom. Qualified candidates will hold a Bachelor's degree, as well as a Montessori credential, or working towards one. Candidates must be able to demonstrate a warm and caring manner with children and parents, as well as be enthusiastic thinkers, hardworking team players, and strong, effective communicators. The candidate must be an excellent preparer of the classroom environment to meet the academic needs of all students. The candidate is skilled at taking observational notes on the children and can communicate to the parents the growth of each child throughout the school year.
