The Institute of Montessori Training

As of this month,  we are operating under a new name: The Institute of Montessori Training.  While this is a small shift in name, it represents a monumental shift in ownership and vision.

This change reflects something very special - our organization is now 100% employee-owned. Our team—made up of your current instructors, support staff, and course leaders—has come together to take ownership of of AIM and its mission, ensuring that everything you love about your training experience continues without interruption.

Our mission

To make Montessori training accessible and to guide peacefully and with the utmost respect for the individual, and the integrity of the Montessori method.

Meet the Collaborative

The people who run the programs, support students, and serve the Montessori mission are now the decision-makers and owners.

Which means we have an even greater interest in your experience and overall success. It reflects collaboration, accountability, and long-term commitment to one another, to our mission, and to you!

What's Staying the Same?

Your program, instructors, and support team remain primarily unchanged.

Your coursework, schedule, and certification timelines will carry on as planned.

Our commitment to authentic, high-quality Montessori training is stronger than ever.

What's New?

Tuition payments will now be made to The Institute of Montessori Training, LLC.

You’ll be asked to sign a new student agreement and payment contract (if applicable) that reflects our new name.

All other terms remain the same.

Why this Matters.

Our new employee-owned business model is deeply aligned with Montessori principles.

It’s collaborative, community-driven, self-motivated, and built on mutual respect.

Every decision we make comes directly from the people who serve you every day—those who know this work best and care about it most.

We believe this structure not only honors our mission but enhances it.
