The Institute of Montessori Training

As of summer 2025,  we are operating under a new name: The Institute of Montessori Training.  While this is a small shift in name, it represents a monumental shift in ownership and vision. 

This change reflects something very special - our organization is now 100% employee-owned. Our team—made up of your current instructors, support staff, and course leaders—has come together to take ownership of AIM and its mission, ensuring that everything you love about your training experience continues without interruption.

To make Montessori training accessible and to guide peacefully and with the utmost respect for the individual, and the integrity of the Montessori method.
