Course Overview

This course will take a brief look at the great world religions, why we should take the time to learn about them and how they have influenced the cultures of the nations in which they flourished. We will also examine what each of these religions has to say about children, their role in life and how they are to be educated.  We will explore the amazing history of the Golden Rule all around the world from the beginning of written history.

Back in the late 1930s, Maria Montessori spoke to the World Fellowship of Faiths and that talk has connections direct to Age of Montessori. Join us as we share those interesting roots.

This may be the course you have always wanted to take, to learn more about how our brothers and sisters across the globe worship God and how we can better understand and respect the children and families who come to us from so many varied traditions.
