Job Description:
We're a Montessori school, but we're not that Montessori school. We take our work seriously without taking ourselves too seriously, and we've built something genuinely special in Moore County, NC over the last 12 years. Our toddler community is housed in our own little building on the historic campus of a Montessori public charter school. Our own little corner with the opportunity to be part of a much bigger community.

We're a close-knit, low-drama community that values collaboration and good humor in equal measure (how do you even work with toddlers if you can't laugh all day?!). Everyone pitches in, and nobody is above cleaning up a potty accident or taking out the trash.
The Schedule
Monday through Friday mornings, half-day program. Summers and afternoons are optional, we do have a summer camp and afternoon program for guides who need or prefer full-time year-round work.
The Role
You'll lead a toddler classroom in a prepared Montessori environment (prepared by you, of course), guiding children through the work and rhythms of their day, building relationships with families, and contributing to a school community that genuinely cares about doing this work well and living the philosophy for real. We spend lots of time outside, because children need it and we believe in it. We're a balanced program that truly believes in what we do, and as cliche as it sounds, we are trying to save the world, one toddler at a time.
What We're Looking For
A Montessori 0-3 credential is required for this role. Beyond that, we need someone who is warm, steady, and genuinely at home with toddlers, which we know is a very specific calling for a very special type of person with the patience of a saint.
