Hi I’m Erin,
We are a small, Catholic homeschool micro-school looking for an authentic Montessori guide to lead our classroom.
This is a unique and beautiful model where:
• Children are guided in a true Montessori environment
• Parents are present, observing and learning the method
• The guide not only works with the children, but also models and shares Montessori with the parents
We are really hoping to find someone who loves authentic Montessori and is excited by the idea of helping both children and families grow in it.
What we’re looking for:
• AMI trained (or very strong equivalent experience rooted in authentic Montessori)
• Experience in a true Montessori classroom
• Catholic (or deeply aligned with the faith and environment)
Please note:
This is not a “willing to learn Montessori” role—we are looking for someone already formed in the method.
