We are seeking a passionate Primary Lead Guide who will:
• Foster a warm, inspiring environment where children truly flourish.
• Bring energy, creativity, and heart to the classroom every day.
• Contribute to a supportive, collaborative professional culture.
The Ideal Candidate:
• Holds an AMI Montessori Diploma (ages 3–6), bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Brings several years of experience in a Montessori environment.
• Possesses a genuine love for guiding primary-aged learners through discovery.
• Exhibits strong communication skills and a warm, engaging presence.
• Is authorized to work in the United States.
We welcome candidates who are interested in obtaining their AMI Diploma certification and are willing to sponsor and cover training costs for the right individual.
