Job Description:
Develop and implement daily/Monthly lesson plans that align with the Montessori philosophy and curriculum.
Help create a classroom environment that encourages independence, student engagement and learning.
Provide daily lessons to support and meet the needs of each student
Communicates well with parents and staff members
Demonstrates integrity and good intentions while always putting the child’s best interest first.
Maintain a safe and clean classroom environment that correlates with the current children enrolled
Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance teaching skills and knowledge.
