The lead teacher should be interested in playing an integral role in continuing Mountain Sun Community School’s Lower Elementary program and staying true to the mission of the school. The ideal applicant will be a creative, talented and dedicated teacher, a team player, and possess excellent classroom management and communication skills. Candidates should have a commitment to and knowledge of the development of the whole child. They should have experience practicing Positive Discipline techniques and guiding students in peaceful conflict resolution.
