Job Description:
Greenville Montessori School seeks a positive, hard-working, and caring educator to support our Upper Elementary class of nine-to-twelve-year-olds. We are open to bringing on both those who have experience working in Montessori settings and those who are eager to learn, as we believe in the power of diverse perspectives and continuous growth.

Greenville Montessori School (GMS) is a 42-year-old, non-profit, independent school serving students from three through twelve years of age. Education and qualifications:
• Certification through an accredited Montessori training center preferred
• The ideal candidate will have at least 2-3 years of classroom experience
• Familiar with teaching methods that embrace the following pedagogical approaches: hands-on learning, experiential learning, inquiry and project-based learning, collaboration, and community outreach

This full-time position begins in August of 2024 and comes with a comprehensive benefits package that includes health insurance, a retirement plan, and professional development opportunities. Compensation is commensurate with experience.
