Course Overview
The practices selected for this course were designed to be "no experience" required and most require no equipment. These practices are designed to not just be a pleasant 2-week experience, but rather, they teach you to reset your professional and personal lives by training you to develop your breathing, address your limiting beliefs, and use your body to move gently to physically release and relax.

- 2 Yin Yoga Classes
Lisa Joslyn will be your instructor. She brings 5 years of mindfulness teaching and 8 years of personal practice. She has a Masters Degree in Contemplative Education from Naropa University, is a certified breathwork, mindfulness, and yin yoga instructor.
