Meet Lucy + Amanda

Lucy Gibson and Amanda Engelbach, both Montessori experts and Positive Discipline mentors, are the heart of AIM Parenting. With a wealth of experience in Montessori, teaching, empowering families and children through Positive Discipline, Lucy and Amanda are passionate about supporting families through personalized small group coaching and 1:1 mentoring.

Lucy has two decades of experience teaching internationally and has dedicated herself to helping families create prepared environments where children and parents can thrive. Amanda, with her extensive Montessori background and experience as the Editor of Montessori International magazine, brings a global perspective to supporting families with practical, science-backed tools.

Join us for a fun, practical and interactive "empower hour" to learn about the foundations of Positive Discipline in a unique way.
