Everything you need to support your AIM Students

Head of School Resources

Welcome! We’re delighted to support you as you guide your faculty through their Montessori training journey.

Our goal is to provide valuable resources and be here for you every step of the way, so please don’t hesitate to reach out with any questions or concerns!

As part of our commitment to keeping you informed, we will notify your school if a sponsored learner falls two units behind. If you don’t hear from us, you can feel confident that your sponsored student is on track and progressing successfully through the course!

Host School Disclaimer Policy

AIM recognizes that many adult learners are financially supported in part or in full by a host school or employer during their training. However, any agreement—verbal or written—between the adult learner and their sponsoring school is considered a private contract between those two parties.AIM is not involved in the negotiation, enforcement, or interpretation of these agreements.

AIM does not mediate disputes between adult learners and host schools and holds no financial or legal responsibility in situations where an adult learner’s employment status changes, including but not limited to resignation, termination, or early withdrawal from the program.

All parties are encouraged to clearly outline their expectations and agreements independently before training begins. It is the sole responsibility of the adult learner and the host school to establish and manage any repayment, reimbursement, or employment terms related to training costs.
