Fana has always had a passion for teaching and has been in a Montessori classroom since 2015. Before joining AIM full-time this June she taught Lower Elementary Classroom in Honolulu, Hawaii.

In her free time, Fana enjoys traveling the world, surfing, hiking, cooking, and spending time with family and friends.

Nurturing Gifted Children

This presentation explores how to nurture gifted children by guiding them beyond their comfort zones toward growth and new opportunities. It highlights the characteristics of giftedness, the unique challenges these learners face, and how Montessori principles support their development. Through strategies like fostering connections, purposeful social skills, and collaboration with families, we can help gifted children reach their full potential.
