Renaissance Academy
Montessori Professional Development
In our morning session, we will explore how consistency and normalization are foundational elements in creating a thriving Montessori environment. We'll delve into practical strategies for integrating these concepts into daily classroom practices and examine their profound impact on children's development. Additionally, we will discuss the vital role families play in reinforcing these principles at home. When families understand and support these practices, the benefits extend beyond the classroom, fostering social, emotional, and executive functioning skills that contribute to a child's overall success in life. Join us as we uncover how a unified approach between educators and families can lead to transformative outcomes for children.
In our afternoon session we will explore supporting Exceptionalities in Students & Differentiating Curriculum in the Classroom as well as working successfully with your teaching team!
